Hey everyone my name is Allie Turner. I am a full time graduate student, wife, mother and someone interested in photography. Currently I travel across the United States with/for my husbands work. I have one child who will be turning 5 in July.
I am currently a counselor in training and I wanted to blog about my experience in my graduate program. I have an interest in addiction counseling, PTSD and grief counseling specifically in reference to newborn/infant loss. I started this blog because I wanted to share my experience as I work to become a counselor. I have been unable to find many counseling student's blogs and I hope that my blog can fill some of that void and provide a place for someone who is considering this field a place to get more information. I will be posting on a variety of topics on this blog but the majority of them will be education related.
